BET Holdings where he managed the launch of DC Cable Advertising, a regional cable advertising agency; (at one point reporting directly to Robert (Bob) Johnson – Black Entertainment TV Founder),
Tele-Communication, Inc. (TCI) – Consumer marketing and local cable television programming
Time Warner Cable (NYC), consumer subscription sales
UA-Columbia where he was one of the pioneers in selling local cable television advertising.
Mr. Byers provides vision and direction to startup companies. His responsibilities and focus include team building, sales, and content development.

Shayantan Majumder a.k.a Ron Spencer with around 18yrs of experience, is one of the senior managers at Integrityweb Informatics Pvt Ltd, with responsibility for Sales & Marketing, Revenue Generation, and Strategic Planning. Before joining Integrityweb Informatics, he worked in strategic business development, marketing, and core operations at several companies.
Ron’s greatest strengths are his leadership, drive, and planning. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. His most recent project involved a strategic partnership with a few companies to bring Integrity’s core services to the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market.
